Spell Phrase Planner
Co-op chaos drops when one player renamed Fireball to "Flame Kitten" without telling the trio. The spell phrase planner — an interactive wiki tool accompanying this article — lets your group assign spells, custom voice aliases, and role ownership before boarding the balloon from Cat Academy. Built for Lazy Turtle Games' July 2026 launch crowds learning voice magic together, the planner exports a shareable callout sheet for Discord or second monitors.
Using the Interactive Planner
On the live tool panel, add up to three player slots matching Meowgic's co-op cap. Assign combat spells from combat spells, utility from utility support, and optional Deluxe entries from supporter pack spells. Enter custom phrase overrides matching in-game spellbook settings per customize spell names.
Export generates plain-text or markdown sheet listing who calls Tornado, who owns Meow Revive, and combo countdown scripts from team spell combos. Re-import not required — planner is session prep, not save file editing. Update sheet when roster or phrases change.
Role Assignment Templates
Template A — Balanced: Player 1 Fireball/Sky Strike burst, Player 2 Tornado/Stop control, Player 3 Meow Revive/Levitation support. Template B — Arena: swap Levitation for Stop priority on interrupter. Template C — Deluxe farm: Rich Cat opener on Player 3, Magic Carpet mobility on Player 1, Party Time caller on Player 2 before extractions.
Mark primary and backup revive callers so downed support still gets coverage. Note push-to-cast keys if teammates use different bindings from key rebinding — planner text field accepts "P2: Mouse4 push-to-cast."
Combo Script Library
Standard lift burst: "Tornado 3-2-1 → Sky Strike → Fireball spam." Interrupt: "Stop healer → Fireball punish." Extraction: "Party Time → hold pad → Meow Revive backup." Copy scripts into planner notes for balloon extraction and arena PvP sessions.
Avoid homophone aliases across players — planner flags duplicate phrases if tool version supports validation. Shorter phrases improve recognition per voice recognition fixes. Run mic setup checker after phrase changes.
Session Workflow
Pre-session: planner export posted Discord pinned message. Hub: verify spellbook matches planner entries on training dummy. Launch: one quick phrase test per player. Post-session: note misrecognitions and adjust planner before next progression tier.
